I arrived at 7:40pm to make a purchase. I was told by the employee that their machine was closed. As I was confused to what she was referring to I questioned her. She continued to repeat that her machine was closed. Once I realized she was referring to hercash register I questioned why it would be closed before closing time. No response to my question but was told they do not havethe password to open the register. No apology no anything! This is horrible customer service. I understand that we all want toleave after work but if you are scheduled to a certain time don?t do these things at the expense of your customers. The ownerand management should follow up with these employees and hold them...
The bowls at Sobol are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I often place orders for my colleagues at the office every other day, spending around $55 each time. However, I've noticed that I usually receive only about three-quarters of the items from the menu that I expect. I live in Suffolk, and I never experience this issue when ordering from locations in Sayville or Ronkonkoma! It's quite surprising, especially since Sobol seems to be doing well financially. Really?
I just got a made to order bowl since I can?t have seeds and nuts. The girl was very accommodating and super nice. I had a beet bowl in Puerto Rico and can?t seem to get one here. This bowl here had Mango, bananas, plant protein and coconut base. Toppedwith granola, banana, blueberries and peanut butter. Absolutely delicious!!! I will definitely order again.
The bowls and smoothies at Sobol are truly wonderful. Each bowl is hearty enough to serve as a full meal, loaded with a diverse range of toppings that perfectly enhance the acai. I had an incredible experience at Sobol! The service was excellent, and the acai bowls were absolutely delicious. It was my first time visiting, and I tried both the original and the new Piyata Bowl. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a naturally sweet, fruit-based treat alongside a healthy meal!
These bowls are delicious. I learned from my doctor though that even wout the honey, these bowls contain lots of sugar. They're good for someone who's not conscious about their sugar intake.
Everything they make is delicious. The fruit is always fresh the staff is super friendly.
