This restaurant is an absolute gem located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. We arrived at around 1:45 p.m. and were seated immediately with our party of eight. The staff was courteous, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, featuring a mix of modern music from various genres. My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary dinner here, and I have to commend both the chef and our server, Josh, for making our experience truly unforgettable! Josh was attentive, humorous, and offered great recommendations from the menu. We enjoyed the short rib, chicken pot pie, curry mussels, white chocolate cotton cake, and a Soirée cocktail (which isn't pictured). The short rib was perfectly tender, the chicken pot pie was rich and creamy, and the broth from the mussels was a flavor explosion! The cotton cake was incredibly soft and fluffy. We absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere and vibrant energy at this restaurant. Upon entering, you're whisked away to a delightful haven filled with delectable dishes and fantastic drinks! The food was fantastic, featuring salmon eggs Benedict and pork belly hash with eggs, showcasing a wonderful balance of contrasting yet complementary flavors. This has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in St. Pete. We can't wait to come back and dive into the menu again! Bravo to Social Roost!
Our first time. The food was excellent. I can't wait to go back. I had the chicken and waffles. My wife had the chicken pot pie. Our friends had the Peruvian chicken and Bolenese. Sarah was our server and had another table at the other end of the restaurant. She did the best that she could to check on on us.

We have walked by this restaurant a few times and always wondered how it was so we booked a reservation. From the service, ambience and food we were throughly impressed! Kudos to the owners of this establishment. What a gem you have created and we can wait to dine here again!
Second time for lunch. This time was not as good as the first. I had the chicken pot pie. Not sure, but the taste and texture of the chicken seemed right out of the can, funny taste. My wife had the Korean chicken sandwich that was ok. Not sure we will be going back
Lunch was amazing atmosphere was eclectic and different. I had the curry chicken sandwich on baguette extremely tasty full of flavor the way it was awesome. We already booked a table for dinner to go back with our husbands.
