Very much enjoyed my experience here. The staff was very nice, they even gave us some 10% off coupons for their other location! The drinks were delicious. It was a good place for my friend to try bubble tea for the first time and they really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Definitely would be a good place to chill and work on homework.

Their milk teas are delicious! My favorite is their Hokkaido Milk Tea with cheese foam and black pearls.*I would give them 5 stars if they had vegan options. Non-dairy creamer contains milk. I wish they would offer soy, oat, or almond milk for their vegan patrons.*Edited;Thank you! Five stars!

The BEST boba in Springfield! Amazing service, cute boba-themed merchandise, good variety of drinks and a very friendly atmosphere where you can sit. It feels like a nice coffee shop and it overlooks Sunshine Street.Food: 5/5

I have set an online order at 1:04pm to pick up 2:18 clock. the man said they had just received the order and they needed 20min to make it. very disappointing when I'm on a 30-minute lunch break.

The place was nicely decorated and cute. I like how we can determine how much sugar/sweetness we wanted per drink.
