Their flexibility in food delivery is very important for people like me who only want a warm meal, but do not have the time to drive and pick it up. The delivery cover varies, but they make the dates for picking up central locations in RI. Place before Tuesday, and it is ready until Saturday. It's great. I also liked their packaging and warming instructions. no spills; very carefully packed; readable printing directions on the top of the covers. Food fits very nicely in my refrigerator. As for my food, I really enjoyed the Arepas, as well as my girlfriend and her sister. A lot worse. I'd order it again. The food we ordered ranged from good to excellent - we were special fans of Curry Katsu, who was really fantastic and I would eat it again at any time, and the tahini chocolate chip cookies. The real drawback is that there are no instructions on how to heat the food if more than one person eats in a household, you want the food to be ready for all at once. oven reheating instructions would be great (and would use the cans that the food comes in); 2. best would be a guide to assessing microwave time when combining several portions. Even if olives are served with pits please serve on the side! But all that said, I definitely recommend this service for delicious, healthy foods.
What could be better? The food is fantastic; yet another reason to be almost vegan. Some dishes are even revelations! Service is responsive. You can check the menu every week to decide whether you want to place an order and substitutions are allowed. A friend and I share an order every week because the portions are large. I look forward to Sunday! UPDATE: I worked six months hard to eliminate all animal food and saturated fat, which led to a dramatic improvement in my cholesterol level. Thanks to SoCo Vedge for help! Really innovative and delicious vegetarian dishes. My spouse and I will continue to include these prepared meals in our weekly meals. Meals were well packed and contained really nice portions. Our experience with vegetarians was quite limited and we were both pleasantly surprised at the depth of taste and textures in the dishes. Customer service is top notch and we like the simple online order.
