Sofie's serves an absolutely AMAZING jerk salmon cheesesteak! Wow! It was my first time trying a salmon cheesesteak, and I wasn't sure what to expect. Now, I really wish I had tried one sooner. Their jerk salmon cheesesteak has just the right amount of spice—spicy, but not overwhelmingly so. They had run out of provolone when I placed my order, but I opted for mushrooms, onions, and peppers instead. I can honestly say it was one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had!
