Wer in München lebt, kennt das Problem: es gibt keinen authentischen Mexikaner weit und breit! Ein paar Imbisse, manche sogar sehr genießbar, aber ein schönes Restaurant mit richtig leckerem, authentischem Essen gibt es nicht. Wir haben das Sol de México in Marktschwaben im Oktober entdeckt und waren schon vier Mal dort, obwohl wir im Münchener Westen wohnen. Das Essen schmeckt genauso wir beim richtigen Mexikaner in Kalifornien (ich war noch nicht in Mexiko, aber es gibt in Kalifornien einige echte Mexikaner), frisch und gut gewürzt. Die Nachos (Totopos) sind frisch gemacht und das Guacamole ist sensationell! Aber mein absolutes Lieblingsgericht sind die Diablo Wings, das sind Chicken Wings...
The sun rises over Mexico. A beautiful restaurant with a harmonious and very beautiful decoration. Great controls and really authentic food. The map is pleasantly clear. There are 2 or 3 German dishes on it, which would not have been needed. Everything else is mexican from Tacos to Fajitas to Burritos with great appetizers and desserts. There are several small rooms, so that quickly a cozy feeling occurs and each table has a small flag, so that the operation looks directly when something else wants to be ordered. Very sweet and a nice idea. The prices are also fine. 2 people of each 3 courses with drinks 70€ that is fully ok. The only criticism was the long waiting times. Not really unpleasa...
The filling of our Burritos has tasted similar to cat food. In my gravy at the Enchiladas was a hair/a fur fiber. Taste nothing special. The service was initially friendly. Then he ordered a tequila and wanted it with salt and lemon. Then came a comment from the bar we are a restaurant and no discotheque! . Atmosphere uncomfortable grelles light, no audible Mexican mood music as you expect in such a place. Steak was ordered medium, was served half raw. We won't visit again.
We were here for the first time today. The food was very good. The conditions were friendly, polite and courteous. The only thing we didn't like the lighting has nothing cozy. It is much too bright and reminds of cleaning light after closing the shop. Otherwise worth a visit.

Aus subjektiver Beurteilung würde ich sogar mehr Sterne für das Essen geben. Gehen gerne da hin und kann das uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Tisch Reservierung sollte gemacht werden, wenn man sich dem Essen widmen möchte, da immer sehr gut besucht.
Gestern das erste Mal hier gewesen und sehr positiv überrascht. Die Speise bewegen sich auf gutem bis hohem Niveau. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilft bei Nachfragen zu den Speisen. Hier werden wir nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein.
Great Mexican restaurant. The dishes are lush and very tasty. The system that you hold the flag at the table, and then the operation comes, works very well. The cocktails were always very tasty and rich.
Alles perfekt. Die Bedienung freundlich, zuvorkommend und erteilt gerne Auskunft. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und große Portionen. Das Ambiente bunt aber bietet trotzdem Privatsphäre.
