Solstice - Reservar una mesa

My wife and I visited Solstice in Newtown, PA on 4-15-22 to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was our first visit to Solstice because our daughter and her husband had a wonderful dinner there on their first visit and they urged us to try it as well. We were not disappointed! Reservations were easy to make online and once we arrived a wonderful dinner experience commenced. Upon asking for our table my wife was greeted with happy birthday wishes from the front desk attendants. We thought we would give Solstice a try, always looking for something new. We were surprised at how bright it was, but of course it was still daylight. We liked the open airy feeling of the dining area. The wait staff was very enjoyable. We got an honest opinion of what was popular and they were very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. Our whole table got the Malbec Braised Short Rib. It was so tender and tasty. The greens and potatoes that were served with it was delicious also. The menu does change with the season's, just so you are aware, but this was the Spring menu. You've got to try the Whiskey Special's! We loved Solstice and our igloo experience. We prefer outdoor dining and I know we'd like to come back with family to enjoy again.I hope the igloos come back next winter, even without worries for covid. They are a magical treat that adds to the overall experience. The food was delicious! Served piping hot, very flavorful... our spontaneous meal experience was such a treat!Our server was very accommodating and personable; we really enjoyed our experience. Thank you!

Wonderful night out. Beautiful and so clean. All very high quality menu items that were all delicious. Partner and I got multiple drinks a variety of foods and a dessert to share, everything was fantastic. Definitely coming back with another couple to share the experience. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Loved every second of it.

The atmosphere was very bright and inviting. The drinks were fabulous and the food was outstanding! The total vibe was very positive and friendly.
