Solstici

So it was Sunday, the sun was shining and we had not booked in advance. How long before we get a table, 20 minutes was the answer. People who had not booked were given tables, presumably because they knew the waiter! After 45 minutes we got a table. The food was ok, the sole at €18 was either too small or over priced. The house Rose wine at €9.50 was acceptable. There were not enough waiting staff to provide a good service and those who were working were rushed off their feet. Somehow the experience was under whelming. Will not hurry back.

As good as on-beach dining as I've had in Catalonia. Mussels were excellent. Service was very quick and friendly. As an aside, the guy who ran the beach rental was quite friendly as well. Sits on the best part of the beach. Great swimming and diving off nearby breakers. I'd very much recommend the town as a family base of operation if you're getting out of Barcelona for a day or so. The restaurant was as good a place as any to eat, swim and sun.

By the walk on the beach we needed to eat something small ...Restaurant was clean, nice and with great views. Staff was really very friendly (we came with 3 boys) and they followed all our wishes. Musles were sooo tasty, sangria too:o) And what more can you wish on the beach? Thanks for nice stay.

After a beautiful walking through Passeig dels Anglesos, this place is like a oasis to get fuel to continue. Nice black paella and good service. Cava sangria needs a boost but it is good enough.

A chaos in summer. Dishes arrived late and cold. Average. To say something good: the location and views to the sea.
