Staff was very friendly. We were seated quickly and food came out pretty fast after ordering. My daughter said her pancakes were great. My omelet was ok, but the home fries were barely warm and almost rubbery as if they had been reheated instead of made fresh. When we were done, we sat waiting for our server as she was busy talking to people who were waiting to be seated, even though there were plenty of open seats. Also, perhaps I shouldn't have assumed, but I thought a small family owned business like this would have made in house desserts, so we ordered a piece of carrot cake to go. I apologize for occupying your table this morning without realizing there were people waiting at the front! You really could have politely asked us to leave. Thank you for running after me in the parking lot to return my hat! I also suggest installing larger windows in the kitchen door, as I witnessed a concerning incident. Always delicious, consistent food with great daily specials. One of the few places that has great, small cut, well done home fries (and yummy shreds on Sundays! . The staff are all SO kind, friendly, and personable, no matter how busy it gets. S/O to Trista for having a great memory and always making customers smile.
I visited for breakfast on August 31st and after waiting 40 minutes with no food, we were informed that there were still six orders ahead of us. It seemed like the cooks had quit. Nobody at nearby tables had received their food either. We decided to leave, feeling very disappointed, as we used to love this place.

The new owners are struggling to keep cooks employed! I went in for breakfast at 8:50 am, and by 9:40 am, we still hadn't received our food, and nobody around us was eating either. When I asked the waitress, she informed me that there were still six orders ahead of ours. We ended up getting up and leaving.
This is truly a hidden gem! The restaurant is charming and impeccably clean. The service is outstanding, with friendly and welcoming staff. The food is absolutely amazing! The portion sizes are generous, and there’s a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it’s an excellent establishment!
I met a friend here for lunch, and it was my first time visiting this restaurant. I absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options ranging from liver and onions to eggplant Parmesan. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you!
The food was good and the prices were great. My only concern was that I suspect the bacon was microwaved. I visited a few weeks ago.
