We absolutely loved our experience at Sommelier Factory, especially thanks to Maria, our sommelier! She was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Taking her recommendation, we tried the blind wine flights, which were outstanding. The wines were amazing, but Maria's insights made it even more special! This place is definitely a must-visit! In my experience, Sommelier Factory offers the finest wine and cheese pairings in Toronto. The sommelier's expertise was impressive, and we enjoyed a blind tasting wine flight that included some exclusive off-menu selections. I absolutely love this place and can't wait to return!
