This is the best customer service I have ever received! I was amazed by everything at this restaurant. I initially went in to get apple cider, but found so much more. They had fresh sandwiches, baked goods, unique candies, condiments, beautiful teapots, and drinkware, etc. Everywhere we turned, we were greeted by friendly employees. They even offered us fresh ground coffee in small cups while we shopped, free of charge. Maggie even came out to help us find whatever we needed. As first-time visitors, we were offered free drinks to take home. When we checked out, we were given a cute coffee pin and Maggie even wrote down measurements for the cider we purchased. It was such a pleasant surprise...

Nord-Bridge had the pleasure of teaming up with Cupper 's Coffee and Tea to run a fundraiser with Lethbridge Seniors Centre. Mickey and his team at Cupper 's were fantastic to work with! From the designing stages of our coffee (the 'Get off my Lawn ' coffee brew) to picking up the coffee at their store, we received 5 Star treatment every step of the way. This fundraiser was successful and did not require a lot of time consuming work. I would highly recommend any organization looking for fundraising ideas opportunities to contact Mickey at Cupper 's.

Our whole class came in for last day of classes treat. There was like 15 of us. They were excited to have us there and we really felt that. They were patient with our orders and everything came out accurate and tasty. Most notable is the friendly baristas!! Thank you to all of you!

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted over 3 times! The staff was all so friendly and helpful, smiling, and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. I got a China fog tea latte, which was so tasty! High quality service and high quality drink. Highly recommend checking it out

Cupper's is not only a great coffee shop, but also a great find for all sorts of knick knacks. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff who will make recommendations for their products based on your taste. Definitely give them a visit if you are in the Lethbridge area.

I visited from Vancouver and decided to grab some Bronco Brew at this restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and it made me think about relocating to Lethbridge just so I could enjoy their coffee more often!

This is an amazing restaurant! The staff are so friendly and the food is fantastic. They are great at suggesting new dishes to try. If you haven't been yet, you should definitely treat yourself to a meal here.
