We waited for 20 minutes and then pressed the button to inquire about our order. We waited another 10 minutes for a response, only to be asked, "What was your order?" Five minutes later, someone came out to ask the same thing again, at which point we requested a refund. After waiting another 10 minutes without any resolution, we left without our money back.
The customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed indifferent and showed no urgency to fix the issue or help us get our money back. I won’t be returning for a long time.
I just wanted to express my gratitude! You kindly covered my husband and his coworkers' lunch yesterday. They were thanked for their service and made to feel appreciated. Even though the guys tried to pay, the car hop insisted it wasn't necessary. As the wife of a law enforcement officer, it truly warms my heart to see the community recognizing their efforts. I've always loved Stars, but now... wow!
Everyone's experience can vary, and this is my take. The food here is generally quite good; I particularly enjoy the long chili hotdog combo. However, during my recent visit, they forgot to warm the buns—not just mine, but also the second meal I ordered. Usually, they deliver well, but today they missed the mark.
I ordered a #1 with mustard and toasted buns on December 22, 2021, before heading to work. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and they provided plenty of ketchup packets for my fries. I didn’t want to stop to eat, so I enjoyed my meal on the drive to work, and it was fantastic!

The service was incredibly quick; we didn’t have to wait more than five minutes for our food. The onion rings from Sonic are amazing—my absolute favorite! The cherry limeade slush with Nerds is incredibly delicious and a must-try. You can thank me later!
