I'm speaking for most people that have gone to THE FLAGSHIP location of Sonic in Connecticut in the past two months. (Wallingford) The MANAGEMENT is non existent. Some of the workers particularly the girls are busting their ass. Working hard. Some dudes look lazy and unprofessional while some are putting in work. The service is beyond slow. Waited a total of 1:45 hour minutes for a Red Bull slush and two waffles cones on two trips combined. This is totally unacceptable. You are not so short staffed when you have 8 people working there. Either start paying these people $15 in hour an extra 5 if they can skate or shut it down. The manager should be fired or the GM should be fired for hiring te...

It was a terrible experience. My brother and I were on our way home and wanted to grab something to eat. We initially planned to stop at Wendy's, but when we got off the exit and saw Sonic, we decided to give it a try since it had been years since either of us had been there. That turned out to be a big mistake. It was 11:20 AM and only the drive-thru was open. They didn't even have onion rings ready. Both of our burgers were overcooked and dry, and the fries were stale; they must have cooked them the night before. I should have asked for a refund. I highly recommend avoiding this place altogether.

I'm done with this frustrating situation. The other day, they had no ice at 9 PM, and today the stand closed at 8 PM. On August 4th, I decided to give Sonic in Wallingford another try after three previous disappointments. I waited in line for 30 minutes, only to end up waiting even longer for my order, so I left without anything. It's an absolutely terrible place to eat. Since last year, it has really gone downhill. I used to go there with friends for shakes, but I won't be returning again. This place is ruining the Sonic experience.

burgers are overpriced, but very good. the pommes were also overpriced, but terrible. cold and hard. the online order via the app was simple, although they did not show them the price of the item until it was added to their ordering car that is stupid. and as for their two for five specials ... the app allowed me to add them to my order, but when I went to check it said they were not available on this site. really nice. not in a hurry to go back, but not completely out of the question. Went here for the first time in about 2 years place used to be good . Not anymore chicken tenders overcooked tater tots had freezer burn outside tables filthy soda watered down bathrooms filthy and not maintained. Don't bother even trying to eat here . This location should be closed down .

The food has consistently been fantastic, and the staff is always friendly! During our recent drive-through visit at the Sonic in Wallingford, they even surprised our dog with a pup sundae, which she absolutely loved! It's great to see a company that treats pets like family too!

Takes forever to order, even longer to get your food, and when you hit the button because they messed up your order, they tell you to go through the drive through. Super rude and horrible customer service.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the 50’s theme, complete with roller skates. The Coney Island hot dog and onion rings were outstanding! Reserva una mesa ahora

Good ice cream sundaes. Fast efficient service. Easy to get to.
