Sonic Drive-in - Reserva de mesa

We ordered the Reese's peanut butter malts, which looked fantastic, but unfortunately, they tasted like vanilla with just a sprinkle of crushed Reese's on top. It didn't quite match the image on the menu. Since we took it home, we didn't realize until then; otherwise, I would have mentioned it to the server. We appreciate the effort, though. While we waited for our malt, there was a steady stream of cars placing orders, so maybe it was just one of those nights for malts. We plan to give it another try in the near future.

The restaurant is somewhat average. There's not much more to elaborate on. They provide a typical Chicago-level of customer service, which generally involves young staff who may lack adequate training and problem-solving abilities. The food is decent, provided your order is right. They're not terrible, but they also don't stand out from the competition.

So I had the worst service here. the manager was so rude. we waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru only to be warm and wrong for our food. also my coke was flat. I got the worst service. the manager was so rude that my daughter went in to find out what her problem was. If I could give negative stars, I would.

First time trying sonic and the food was ok nothing special. I ordered the Oreo shake for my son and they gave me a regular straw which was IMPOSSIBLE to drink the shake since it was so thick. I ordered the cheesesteak and it was ok but bland. I also got the chicken buffalo wings which were a the size of a quarter. Reserva una mesa ahora

I was really disappointed with my experience. The ordering process was smooth, but we had to wait a long time for our food. When it finally arrived, the tater tots were cold and our sandwiches were barely warm. While the ingredients were fresh, the burger had almost no flavor. I won't be coming back here again.

The only good thing about it was the young lady with the blue hair tips trying to fix the problem. The gentleman on the speaker was not clear and cut off the mic. Then drive thru no response. Then when we got the order it was not complete. Had to go back and again the young lady helped the situation

Need more staff. We parked like we saw other cars parked and when we went to order we were told no service to cars and we had to go thru drive thru which the line of had us blocked in. We just left. I was really craving Sonics too.

Order on uber app and didn't get my drinks that were paid for total of $9.48 did a refund but only got $5 from the app so you guys own me. Total was 52 on this ? food never again ? disappointed. Reserva una mesa ahora

Absolutely the worst Sonic in existence. They couldn't even make a Cherry Shake!!!I'll go to all the other Sonics, but this one will never have my business again.

food is good but the service is absolutely horrible. waited an hour for a burger and shake and the employees are very rude
