I have a one-year-old and a two-year-old, and this was my first time taking them to Sonic Drive-In’s playground. I really love the play equipment—it’s very child-friendly for little ones. At most play areas, I have to help my kids climb up and constantly watch to make sure they don’t fall, but here, my one-year-old could easily reach the top on their own. The playground is gated, so I didn’t have to worry about any falls. There are different types of slides, and the floor is covered with sand, which my youngest absolutely loved. Over the past few months, my experience at Sonic Drive-In has been disappointing. One day, my mother placed an order and had to wait 30 minutes while others were served before her. A few weeks ago and again last night, it took at least 10 minutes to get a response after pressing the service button, even though it wasn’t busy and it was around 7 PM. The staff were rude, speaking as if they were in a hurry and only half-listening. I shouldn’t have had to repeat my simple order. When the food arrived, the ice cream in the churro shake was melted with no caramel, and many of the churros were soggy and cold. After giving them multiple chances, I won’t be returning. Bad, Over the course of months!! My mom ordered on app one day and got there, had to wait 30 mins while everybody else was served first?another time at roughly 6, all food was cold?few weeks ago and last night it took atleast 10 minutes to be answeredafter hitting the button (no it was not busy and it was like 7 pm)and they were rude when they talked like they were rushing usand halfway listening! I kept havin to repeat my order which was simple!! The customer service at Sonic Drive-In was disappointing. I ordered a cheeseburger kids' meal with only ketchup from the menu, but instead received a hamburger with all the toppings. After reordering, I got a hamburger with just ketchup, but when I asked for ketchup packets, the manager never brought them. It wasn’t until I requested to speak with a manager that I finally received the correct burger. I also ordered BBQ sauce for the kids' meal but never got it. I visited Sonic Drive-in five times last month, and each time I was left waiting for 15 minutes without even a greeting. Without a doubt, this location has the worst staff I’ve ever encountered—not just among Sonics, but at any food establishment. They consistently mix up orders and only acknowledge you when it suits them. From now on, I’m willing to drive an extra 10 minutes to the Hwy 80 store.

My husband wanted a Snickers Blast, so that's why we ended up here. I tried the Reese's Blast and wished I had ordered two—it was that good. Each bite had the perfect amount of candy. We also ordered mozzarella sticks and tater tots, which were hot and fresh. The wait time was short. It's a great spot for a quick midday snack. The service was excellent, and overall, we had a wonderful experience.

We visited Sonic Drive-in and ordered two medium steaks, but waited over 30 minutes without anyone taking our order. Staff were unresponsive, with other customers needing to flag them down for service. This was completely unacceptable. A table that arrived after us was served before we were. We will not be coming back and do not recommend this place.

Came to sonic to get 2 medium blasts. Waited more than 30 minutes. Had people in the drive thru honking their horn because nobody was taking their order. This is ridiculous. I really enjoyed this restaurant. The outdoor play area was a great place to let my son run around and stretch his legs after a long journey. The food was hot and fresh, the shakes were tasty, and the staff was friendly.
