Horrible experience *worst restaurant ever* my order was messed up after waiting approximately 20mins. Then I waited another 20mins in which they still had not brought my correct order out. After waiting an additional 10mins, I decided to cancel the order and go somewhere else. I waited another 15mins before I asked to speak to a manager because they had not cancelled my order and did not issue a refund. This location is the worst! The area is horrible, the Sonic itself looks like something out of a Bates Hotel movie, the exterior is horrible, unclean, the service is well, the young lady that I had a distant encounter with a few days ago was totally arrogant at 10:30 am, and arrogantly demanded I come inside to pick up a door dash order, and she totally refused to bring it out. The burgers were right the driveway has been repaired somewhat. Sonic has been around a long time I'm sure there's enough money to completely fix the driveway. The service was exceptional although I didn't get the young man's name who took my order, he came to my car to make sure my order was right. Thank u much for that!

We went to 2 locations yesterday trying to get shakes and both places said their ice cream machine was not working. On a hot day that was very disappointing for my grandkids.
The food and service were good, but that was an older website and it showed. The servers did well with what was available, and I really appreciate them

we only ordered 2 children to drink and drink 2 liters of large people and that took almost 30 minutes in the heat of the day.
