In recent months this situation has gone downhill. You never have anything in stock, including cheese! You'll be as bad when your ice machine is downstairs, you could also call it McDonald?s! Today the cake took. We moved into a stable and pressed the button several times and they did not answer after several minutes. So we went through and they said that they would only stop orders. So we drove back to a stable and pushed the button back. Another 15 minutes pass and no answer yet. While we just wanted to go, at least four employees go to the tables in front of the front door and speak and to their phones. If you don't want, customers and business, just turn off the location! You can do it up to staff shortage and delivery questions all you want, but the pandemic is over. Fasten or close. I checked the company.

We visited to pick up ice-cream for our kids. We were told at 8:40 on a Thursday that they were closed. They then cut the overhead lights off and turned off our speaker. I called the store to ask if this was a one time issue or if their online hours were wrong. I was told the employees were being allowed by the manager to close at 9 instead of 11. Keep in mind this was at 8:40. I understand staffing issues bc of covid etc but this sonic has been getting progressively worse. We will not be returning and I won't be surprised to see it closed down soon. I just hate to see someone lose their business bc of employees that just don't care. And based on other reviews it's likely if they already haven't failed health inspection or caused food poisoning its only a matter of time.

I ordered a small chili cheese tots and a milkshake, I'm not kidding when I say I LITERALLY got 4 tots covered with cheese, chili and onions..... I know I ordered a small, but only 4?????? NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I think they didn't care because it was ordered through DoorDash and closed by the time my order came.... they ought to be ashamed charging almost $1 per tot.... yes... almost $4 for the small chili cheese tots and only received 4 TOTS!!!!! SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!! ZERO Stars from me

The food here is always good. I still have to experience every old or cold meal, it's always fresh and hot when it comes to me. And the people who work here are always beautiful and respectful... and they keep the order levels clean and sanitary... highly recommend eating a quick bite here...

Wasn't even at Sonic since the remodeling in Sonic, but the quality was definitely better than our previous visits! Staff were very nice and the food was very good. I'm glad to come back soon.
