Hello today is December 12th and the time is 7:36 pm this is my first time going to Sonic bad experience on the food the crispy chicken sandwich what's coal have done wasted my time by coming there I looked in my bag but I didn't check my food by the time I made it home I was disappointed hopefully next time I go back there again that I won't be disappointed onion rings with cold I ordered a sweet tea it was full of lies and a little sweet tea rombout this time of the year food should be hot and fresh it was no way in line I stay 15 minutes from Sonic ain't no way I'm going back right now but next time I go I am going to check answer my food I give Sonic 1 star for the food

Worse customer service you'll get. My order was messed up and I was given attitude back about it. They also like to take forever on just taking your order. I'd suggest going through the drive thru or you'll be sitting at one of the side menus to order for a long time. I used to love Sonic but the staff they have now could make anyone dislike going there.

I get text notifications for Sonic promotions. Well today I was notified that Sonic had half price blasts, but when I went there they refused to honor it. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience at the Collinsville Sonic. Terrible customer service.

I tried to place an order at the drive-thru in the rain, but the employee didn't recognize me. She came to the window and attempted to take my order, giving me a disapproving look and attitude. I will not be giving them my business again. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant does not offer chocolate ice cream. It would be helpful if they mentioned in the app that customers need to add chocolate sauce to their order in order to get a chocolate shake.

I pressed the red button on the menu outside and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to assist me. The woman who took my order was very rude when I spoke to her.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! WE WERE RUSHED DURING ORDERING. WAITED 45 MINUTES AND THE ORDER WAS WRONG. I'D PULLED OFF MYSELF, BUT THE DRIVER WANTED TO WAIT. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
