Got there 25 minutes before they closed and pulled into a stall to order. Pushed the button and was told they’d be right with me. To get my order. They then waited 15 minutes to tell me they just took the last order for the night. Pretty bad customer service since they let a good dozen cars go through the drive through and order AFTER telling me they’d be right with me to get my order. Last time i visited this location they got my order completely wrong. If you have to have sonic, just make the drive to waller or magnolia.
This sonic is in Hempstead Texas I went through the drive through. The person took my order but failed to repeat it back to me or tell me how much my order was. Then I get to the window and she really had no idea what I had ordered. Had to repeat my order. I do like sonic. Just not this location, should have driven into Waller and went to the sonic there. I found hair in my food at this restaurant. They need to wear hair caps while preparing meals to prevent this. Also, they need to improve their efficiency in preparing food as I had to wait 10 minutes for a milkshake and chicken tenders. Overall, I rated the food a 2, service a 3, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5. Lunch menu with prices per person ranging from $1 to $10.
This is by far the worst Sonic I have ever visited. Each time I come here, my order is always incorrect. And when I try to explain that my order is wrong, the staff gives me attitude as if I am the problem. The service, takeout food, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 1 out of 10.

One of the speakers was broke so I moved to another one either the guy couldn't hear me or there was something wrong with the speaker cuz every time I tell him what I wanted he kept repeating it and finally just cut me off a couple of times so I left no service
I arrived in my 26-foot box truck, and since I couldn't fit through the drive-thru, they kindly came outside to take my order. There's a Pilot truck stop right across the street for those with a CMDL. Thanks, Sonic!
