The ice cream machine at this restaurant has been out of order for several months, which means there are no blasts available—only shakes. This has been quite disappointing for customers like me who have been looking forward to a blast during multiple visits. Additionally, visiting on a Friday night can be a challenge because the parking lot tends to be filled with loud and unruly high school students and younger kids driving recklessly, making it uncomfortable to exit your car. Despite these problems, the food is decent; however, my custom requests are frequently overlooked, so I typically refrain from customizing my orders at this location.
I hate to be harsh, but I believe KATIE should be let go! My husband and I visited this restaurant for breakfast, and we were disappointed by the lack of combo options or side dishes with our orders. We were hoping for complete meals rather than just sandwiches. Katie’s attitude was quite rude; my husband even remarked that he'd prefer speaking to a dog over her. It’s really disheartening to have such a negative experience. Even the person at the nearby Sonic, who was clearly struggling, had a better demeanor. To make matters worse, we received only ONE French toast stick.
The milkshakes were awful and extremely overpriced. When I tried to pay with my debit card, the employee said it didn't work and demanded another form of payment. They couldn't provide any explanation, only that my card didn't work. I had to walk to a nearby store to use the ATM with the same Visa debit card to get cash since I didn't have any on me. I couldn't even drive away because they threatened to call the police. The service was terrible, the milkshakes were subpar, and I was embarrassed by their faulty equipment.
I have to say I was a bit let down during my visit to Sonic. I had a craving for a burger, but the one I received didn't quite live up to my expectations. It was a little dry and lacking in toppings. On a positive note, the lady who took my order was fantastic! She was very helpful when my card didn't go through on the first attempt. I'm hoping that my next visit will turn out better. On a side note, I returned and tried the BBQ popcorn chicken combo, but that was also pretty disappointing.

Honestly I was a bit disappointed when I came to sonic, I was craving a burger, and the one I got didn't quite meet expectations. It was a bit dry, and pretty skimpy on the toppings. The lady who took my order tho was great! She came out andhelped when my card didn't go through the first time. Hopefully next time I come it will be better. Edit: I also came back andgot the BBQ popcorn chicken combo and it was also pretty disappointing as well.
After recently relocating from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I was happy to discover a nearby Sonic where I could indulge in my obsession with their cherry limeade. I have visited the establishment three times already and on each occasion, I was greeted by incredibly friendly employees. I definitely plan on returning in the future.
We needed a quick meal to-go for our Pioneer Days Fireworks viewing party and Sonic was the perfect choice. Despite being busy, they were fast! We ordered a Wacky Kids meal, a footlong Coney dog, and a Sonic cheeseburger. The food was delicious.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, and the staff is incredibly efficient at preparing and delivering orders quickly. Most of the time, the orders are accurate. The friendly personnel ensure that the dishes are always served piping hot.

I'm not sure why the sweet tea at this Sonic location is consistently disappointing. If I had wanted unsweetened tea, I would have ordered it that way. Everything else was fine.
We ordered a mix and cinnasnacks, but were given a pretzel and cheese sticks instead. This was quite disappointing for those of us anticipating dessert.
