Sonic Drive-in - Reserva de mesa

I have been a regular at this Sonic location for almost a year, but my experience today has changed that. We ordered a drink and a slush through the app and checked in as soon as we parked. After waiting for over 30 minutes without receiving our order, which was supposed to come out in 10 minutes according to the screen, I had to repeatedly press the call button to get a response from the staff. After almost an hour since our order was placed, and after multiple attempts to get assistance, our order finally arrived, but the drink was wrong. The unprofessional staff and the long wait time have left me extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. I am now questioning if I should ever ret...

30 minutes for them to eat me cold and bring a burned pulp. carhop was rude and told me to press the button when I had a problem and left before I could tell her what was wrong. pressed taste and no one answered 10 minutes. no answer to another stable button, had to get someone through the drive to answer me. to the luck the manager has made my eating new, but the fact that I walk through these many steps to get only the right food I ordered it is the problem here. this load needs some important help, as there is always a kind of problem when I come here.

my fiancée and I came by to get some sluts. I have the sour spots watermelon and limonade, my fiancée has the peach berry. unfortunately both were watered. beyond that, my Tator deaths were cold! I mean no heat at all, I was very disappointed. However, I appreciate the submission of the manager with my taste choices as they first said that they did not receive the acid patch watermelon taste of the float, the girl in the window was also patient. I just wish our sluts were sluts and my feet were hot, we usually love sonic.

This was the worst Sonic experience I've ever had. The food was awful, as if they were using old and broken equipment. The milkshake I ordered was lukewarm and had to be thrown away. The management at this location was terrible and disappointing. Normally, I find Sonic to be empty, but this location was especially empty for a well-known reason. I should have taken that as a sign. Excellent!!! The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. We ordered takeout and the service was fantastic. The meal was delicious and well worth the price (between $1-10 per person). The atmosphere of the restaurant was also top-notch. Overall rating: 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.

I don’t know who’s in charge at this location but they need to be fired pull up to the drive thru several time multiple occasions and no response I know I’m not the only one with this problem Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
