My daughter and her boyfriend stopped at Sonic Drive-In and used the drive-thru, but their order was wrong. When they asked for the correct items, the employee at the window became hostile and refused to help. Feeling intimidated, they left without their food or a refund. The next day, they returned with the online receipt, but the manager also declined to assist and told them to come back when a different manager was available. It’s troubling that my daughter felt afraid of the employee and ultimately did not receive the service she paid for. I believe the Visalia community should be aware of these customer service problems at this location.
I absolutely love this location!!! We will drive all the way across town just to get sonic here. David is the most amazing employee and the company is lucky to have him. He will make recommendations and make you feel like you’re part of the sonic family. Hands down the best customer service you can get at a food establishment. They really go above and beyond.
I didn't eat here because the food was too expensive. My suggestion: Get a better value menu or make things a little more affordable? Thank you! My faves here are usually: Jalapeno poppers because they're hot, crispy, delicious, and not too spicy. Cherry Limeade Slush with extra Lime or Limes.
Me my daughter granddaughter my daughter's sister brother niece we all stopped in to get some drinks one order of onion rings with ranch sauce. It was good service as we all sat in the car we really do appreciate the old fashion service still coming out to the car with your order! Thank you

A pretty standard Sonic. They’re a little on the slower side but the staff has always been very friendly. The area and the people passing through are a little sketchy, but I’ve never had any issues with anyone there.
The food was good! The fries could have been better if they were more crunchy, but oh well. Bruce was very happy with his grilled cheeseburger - he loved it!
Not going to give it five stars. The food wasn't bad. Just a little too oily. Shake was good and thick. I will return again someday.
Mixed experience, milk shake was Superior, hamburger and tots were not. Middle of the road on price service was quick.

I usually get dessert, and I'll stick to only that from now on. Hot dog tasted looked rancid. Absolutely disgusting!
We ordered a large amount of food, and everything we received was correct. The staff were courteous and efficient.
