Sonic Drive-in - Reservar una mesa

They always try their best, but it's a lot of work for just 2 people. Unfortunately, when I filed a complaint about an order that wasn't filled, I didn't receive any response, not even from the manager who sent me an email with my personal information. I waited patiently but still got nothing. No one seemed to know what was going on. This experience was even worse than problems I've had at other Sonic locations in Daytona Beach, Florida. I won't be returning to this Sonic. If you just want the basic Sonic offerings, go for it. But for me, this experience was more about the company or franchise's shortcomings.

The food at this restaurant was really delicious. Although they made a mistake with our order, it turned out to be a positive experience. However, the young girl who brought us the incorrect food blamed us for the mistake. If she had simply apologized and acknowledged the error, it would have been a better experience. Next time, we will just use the drive-thru instead.

I sat in the snake for at least 10 minutes before I came to the loudspeaker. When I finally got there, I sat 10 or so on the cars before me to move and get someone to order, but nobody ever did. I thought the speaker was broken, but no one else came out, so I left.

Only one person was serving both the parked cars and the drive-thru, so the wait was long. However, the order was correct and only two employees were working. It was definitely understaffed.

Worst service ever!!!!!! Sat in the drivethru trying to order while they ignored me. I could hear them talking and laughing through the intercom. I will NEVER go back there again!!!
