The worst experience ever. I threw away more food, that's not pictured when we ate. Forty-five dollars. At first I order two 5pc chicken strips that we called to be refunded because they are not allowed to fall fresh. When I found out my kids food wasn't right, both my girls were hot dogs burned, but she was hungry they ate it. My strawberry shake I paid xtra to add bananas. As you can see the banana in the picture. Our drink kitchen lemonade, got no cherry in the cup or a lime. I should have just taken everything back. Definitely my last time for Sonic.

I went to Sonic last night just to get some ice that I pulled up to the auto-intercom, and I waited 10 minutes and pressed the button twice no answer. I just finished life, I totally understood that the staff has gone back, but at least acknowledge that I am here and take my order because everything I needed was ice. You always have slow service and a handful of children laugh and play inside. Get it together Sonic.

You're very busy at lunch. If you are in a hurry, go through the drive thru, check your food before you go. It took 20 minutes to give me a fork. This included pressing the button 6-8 times and finally standing outside my vehicle, calling to the subscriber who comes to another car. The food was good. And the delivery time of our order to the car was excellent.

It's a shame how you guys run the Sonic in our neighborhood you can't make ne believe that this happens at all of your sonic. You have everyone leaving at 10pm except for one or two of your employees poor poor management .we need to fine away to shut it down its poor service anyways.
