This was the worst service ever! We waited over 25 mins when we only ordered a cheeseburger and pretzel. We are traveling all the way from Washington state to Florida. We booked a hotel in Mississippi so I could visit some family in Pensacola on the way to where I’m moving. So ridiculous. I thought fast food was supposed to be fast. We had to leave without our food because of how slow it was. I’m really upset because of course we paid and left without what we paid for because of how slow and their lack of work ethic. Great food! Love the new slush flavors and the deals from the app. The bathrooms were a mess and really gross. Kinda scared me to think the employees prepare food after using it. All your SONIC Faves are here. The MGR. Jeff is a great guy along with his friendly staff. You really get out of the way to make things right. As a professional driver, and it is nice to find a place for lunch with truck parking right in front of the Interstate.
