dragged into the stall what I wanted pressed button and waited a few minutes finally girl comes up tells me loudspeaker doesn't work, no sign indicating so, she said move her to the next stall moving to the next available stall and pressed button and waited and finally had enough after I lean back, told the girl that you also didn't work. went to whataburger came in and out in 7 minutes this was faster than I waited in both stands and yes whataburger was busy car 3/4s around building sonic must have been busy and shorthanded

I ordered takeout with Door Dash and encountered an issue where Sonic did not initially see our order in their system. The Door Dash app confirmed that the order was received by Sonic. The General Manager, Journey, worked alongside the Door Dasher to make sure our order was prepared fresh. I'm not sure where the error occurred in the system, but I appreciate the effort taken to ensure we received our order.

This restaurant consistently provides only the worst customer service experience. I waited approximately 8 minutes in the drive-thru without any assistance, then spent another 5 minutes waiting to park and place my order. After paying, I was told to go inside because they needed my card to charge me, resulting in another 15 minutes wait to receive my order for just 2 drinks.

Despite being understaffed, we waited an hour for just 2 drinks and a medium order of poppers. We had ordered an appetizer as well, but they only brought out our food once we inquired with the manager. It seemed like the manager was the only one in charge and gave us our order while the other staff members took their time.

The drinks are always really good! Buuuut the food isn't always hitting. I think just a little maintenance control on the food would make this place great again.
