I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the appearance of some of the servers at SONIC. While I appreciate the food and generally like SONIC, I find it unacceptable to be served by someone with facial piercings. I prefer to dine at establishments where the employees present themselves professionally. I understand that this may not be a requirement in Mississippi, but I believe that it reflects on the company's image. If SONIC cannot address this issue, I will take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration. Thank you.
Even though the food at this restaurant is undeniably good, my recent experience was less than satisfactory due to understaffing and frequent mistakes with orders. While I can sympathize with being short-staffed, I ended up receiving two grilled cheeses instead of the sausage and cheese toaster that I ordered. This was not the only mistake - other instances included incorrectly topping burgers, missing sides like fries, and other errors. While small mistakes can be forgiven, consistently wrong orders are unacceptable. I recommend double-checking your order before leaving the restaurant.
While I love sonic and its hard to deny the quality of the food, lately this location has suffered from being understaffed and getting orders wrong. While I can understand being understaffed, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese toaster and was instead given two grilled cheese. This isn't the first example, such as putting toppings on burgers when asked not to, excluding tots or fries, and other mistakes. Small mistakes are understandable but not whole item changes or excluding things. Please double check your order before you leave
sad thing is is that the business wasn’t even busy when we got there, sat in a stall for 20 minutes waiting on someone to take our order. we watch the young man look at the computer to see someone pressed the button then goes and makes himself a drink and proceeds to eat before taking someone their order. eventually got fed up with it and left to go somewhere else.

we waited for almost 40 minutes for drinks that we ordered online and the order was wrong when we finally got them. would give as zero stars as possible. no apologies or compensation was provided for the error.
Service at Pearson Road Sonic in Pearl,MS was great but I ordered two footlong chili cheese coneys-The hotdogs tasted like they were cooked 3 days ago and made my dad and friend very sick to their stomachs
I ordered a chili cheeseburger, a side salad, and mozzarella sticks. The delivery person was friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious.
The food and service at this restaurant are fantastic! I especially enjoy the happy hour specials with half price drinks.

if they wait half an hour until you eat wrong and cold, they don't see more than this sonic
