I had a truly amazing experience at the Union branch of Sonic Drive-In Fast Food Restaurant. The food was incredible, and the customer service was outstanding. The shakes were absolutely phenomenal—honestly, they're so good that it's hard to believe how quickly they arrive after ordering. You might think they were either made incorrectly or pre-prepared, given how fast they get to the customers. The service is lightning-fast, with orders reaching customers in no time.
As for parking, there's plenty available at this Sonic Drive-In. Each vehicle has its own designated parking spot, which the staff refers to as stalls, ensuring there's ample room for customers to receive their orders and smoo...
I was disappointed with my recent experience. Our orders were incorrect, and I wasn't satisfied with the available options for ordering. I received a small tea without the option to upgrade to a larger size, which was frustrating. Given the constant issues I've faced, I probably won't be ordering from Sonic here again.
The mozzarella sticks were excessively dry, as if they had been overcooked, and they were missing the marinara sauce I had requested. Additionally, the burger was slathered with excessive mayo.
They messed up our order and gave us the wrong items. Then they forgot our hot dog. Fortunately, our delivery person was nice enough to go back and retrieve it.

Typical fast food place. It wasn 't very crowded but it took about 10 minutes to get our order once we placed it on the app. Server was very friendly, though.
Ordered larges for Onion Rings and Mozzarella Sticks, but got a bag that was half full. Ordered sauces but didnt receive any, other than that food was fine
They are making an effort, but unfortunately, it's not paying off. A change in staff might be necessary.
The burger was decent, but nothing particularly special. The staff were friendly and helpful.
