The atmosphere was incredibly negative, and the carhops were quite unwelcoming. We had to ask several times for the sauce that should have come with our meal and appetizer. I noticed that employees spent a lot of time going back and forth to their own cars to make phone calls, even during peak hours. Management needs to be assessed to ensure better customer service, fresher food, and improved cleanliness at the restaurant. This experience deserves less than 1 star.
I have visited this sonic 3 times and all 3 times my onion rings have been overcooked which leaves a nasty taste in your mouth. the milkshakes are never to the top of the cup and do not include whip cream . The second time I visited the Car hop helped herself to a tip and I didn't catch it until after I gave her a tip. I highly suggest staying away from this sonic and putting it out of business or get new management And have management stay there on top of stuff.
Nobody took our order and we got here 45 mins before closing but instead of answering the machine they decided to stand outside and chat with someone who was leaving and let us just sit there. One of the employees was also “napping” outside after they got done talking to his fellow co-worker but then look at us crazy when we tried to tell them we want to order.
We came in and ordered over $50.00 in food drink. When brought to the car, we were missing items and the 2 large strawberry slushes were white, no strawberrys, I sent mine back, the other had a very few. She returned with mine it was light pink. I go to this sonic at least 4/5 times a week to get a strawberry slush and they have never been this pitiful.i Reserva una mesa ahora
"I had a really disappointing experience at Sonic in Morton. The inside was quite unclean, and the staff was unprofessional. I even saw the manager yelling and swearing at someone from her car, telling them to find another job. If I could find a contact number for corporate, I would definitely be calling."
Worst fast food place in town. The food is never good, always have to wait 30 minutes for it, and hope they have everything in there, because they won’t come back out. They never give condiments even if you specifically ask for them. Avoid this place.
Waited 30 minutes for ONE corn dog and left without it. The franchise owner clearly doesn’t care about the lack of service; as you can see from the reviews, this has been going on for years. This place is a sad joke.
