I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I ordered on the app and once I got to the restaurant I checked in on the app and waited 30 mins for my order. At that point I pressed the button and an employee answered. I let them know I placed a mobileorder and had been waiting a long time and she said ?I will check on your order?. Another 30 minutes went by and still nothingbut cars had been going through the drive through. I went up to the door and the manager came out. I wish I could give this a zero. This is by far the worst food establishment I have ever been too. I placed an order on the app and waited almost 40 minutes before pressing the button and asking for an update. They told me it was on the way. Waited another30 minutes and still no food. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go through the app and get my refund. Now I have towait 7-10 days for my money. The manager was sitting down outside while the workers were on their phones not working. Whoever isthe franchise owner for this location should sell it because they truly don?t care so why should we?
I understand taking a bit of time to make the food but this location didn't even take my order for around 20 minutes when I was the only person there. I thought they closed early (came at 10:05 and when they close at 11pm) but I saw at least 3 peopleinside. Honestly, just don't even try to come here, save your time by going to the sonic 15 minutes down the road.
Absolute trash. Cold food, no condiments, slow service (even for a mobile order). Got mozzarella sticks no marinara. Got a hot dog, requested mustard on the side didn?t receive that. Burger felt like it was sitting around for hours.. drinks tasted likesoda water.. just disgusting. I won?t ever come back here. The guy working was nice at least..
