Soggy Oil-Drenched Chicken StripsSonic can be very good. They changed their hamburgers and as far as fast food goes they are now closer to Hardee's than McDonald's. However, a Cheeseburger is the only thing you should get there.I ordered a chicken strip dinner and it was not served properly, too few strips, given a small app instead of the dinner size. The second time they did not preheat the oil which resulted in soggy oil-drenched chicken strips.This also led me to believe that my corn dog was microwaved, because it was not drenched in oil, and was soft. Even if it wasn't, it tasted as if it was, so what is the real difference?

Absolutely the worst, The worst minimum wage workers we ever experienced besides, the gentleman that took our order, forgot a quarter of the order, we get back to the hotel from driving all eve, we call and nothing but ringing and then they hang up on you, save your money and go elsewhere....

They were out of dill pickle fries, and then didn't give me any sauce for the replacement item they offered. Still good service, and fast too!

Literally the rudest ’ worst customer service I’ve had. The woman working the drive-thru window was ridiculous. The food we got was cold….

Food is ok but never right. Make sure you check your bag every time before leaving or you will pay for food you never got.
