Sonic Drive-in - Reservar una mesa

The popcorn chicken was 90% breading— there was maybe 3-5 good pieces in both a large and medium popcorn chicken. The grilled cheese was over cooked. The tater tots were the only ideal thing. The attendant also “missed” our order of mozzarella sticks, and told us to go back around and order again if we wanted them. She also gave us the wrong sauce. I understand being busy during a rush, and forgetting things isn’t a huge deal, but the attitude was poor. Mainly the chicken sucked, do not buy.

Rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with at a restaurant. Lady working the drive through at 715 pm 13th of March. Would not let me finish saying what I wanted or how I wanted it b4 demanding what else I wanted. When I went to say how I wanted it she yelled I heard you, love to know how as she wouldn't even let me finish saying what combo I wanted let alone how I wanted it. Have had many small issues with this sonic but this is the last staw. I won't be back.

Went there for lunch today waited 10 minutes after being told give her a few minutes while in the drive thru Then asked if anyone was there she had the nerve to say ma'am I have a lot going in in here. Just wait. I drove off and went around there were car ahead of me that had not been served yet.Done with them. Went to get lunch elsewhere drove back by there same cars waiting on food.It's hot dogs and chicken being served seriously.........

First time using the app. I had no idea what I was doing, but it was worth the wait. Once my onion rings arrived they were Delicious! The workers were helpful and nice. Through an app offer a medium onion ring and happy hour drink came to only $2.97! It was the perfect snack to share with my mother. Thank you!

When ordering in the parking lot, the cars have to back up and almost have an accident because they are leaving the self-service. Check cameras.
