I have been frequenting this Sonic for many years. The weekend staff and managers are fabulous! My complaint is they sell great coffee but don’t have coffee cups anymore. A few weeks ago, yes WEEKS, I got a coffee in a styrofoam cup. The coffee melted the cup and went all over me and my car. The general manager has chased off great employees and will not address the coffee cup situation. SAD!
I frequently enjoy the drive-through to pick up my light breakfast or light, lunch, and favorite cherry limeade. In the morning and midday, I get a wonderful greeting and I feel like an appreciated customer. In the afternoon I did not have the same experience but overall, I’m still happy with stopping by there.Kid-friendliness: Quite a few good meal choices that kids will love.
Good deals on the app, ordered the Sonic cheeseburger with large fries and route 44. Fries were perfect. Burger Patty was cold and lacked moisture.Pickles were a delight. Pictures show how old Patty was with the cheese. Offered the patty to my dog and she refused. (I spelled patty with a uppercase because it was so old it deserved respect).I rarely do bad reviews but damn.
All I got a drink and gave the right change and yet I Stull got short changed these young people don't know how to deal with exact change cause I think it misses with their minds or something cause same thing happened at Walgreens drive thru gave the young guy exact change and he looked confused didn't know what to Reserva una mesa ahora
Place is horrible. Horrible service and rude and out of date credit card machines that won't take a credit card and employees are to lazy to type a number in. So no cash no food there... and all they can say is we are sorry for your experience please contact customer care center. I won't be going back
Ordered 2 nights in a row and it was messed up both times. First night one of the items was completely missing, and when we got it, it wasn’t even made correctly. Then tonight tried again and it was still messed up.
