Sonic Drive-in - Reservar una mesa

I repeated my order 5 times and then when I got to the window they still didn't have the order right. The car hops were very sweet and understanding, I wish I had gotten their names, but the manager, looked all of 17 or 18, had the worst attitude and customer service I've seen in a long time. My order wasn't the only order she got wrong either, there were several other customer walking up to the door or the restaurant to complain. One lady apparently had just left shortly before I arrived had left and had to return because she didn't get something that was on her order. It was a mess. It was last Sunday, April 3rd at the Sherwood location off of Kheil Ave near the freeway.

Worst Sonic i have ever visited. Both of my orders were wrong. My steak sandwich was hard on both sandwiches. The carhop said it was fresh. Lettuce was brown I didn't ask for mustard. My tots was not fresh either. I will never go here again. I ask for things to be added to sandwich it wasn't. The man who took my order was rude. The carhop said condiments were in bottom of bag. They were not; never visit this Sonic. Its horrible service at its finest. I wish I could give it negative 10. Yes it was that bad.

The customer service was excellent! However, I was a bit disappointed that the sauces we ordered online didn't make it into our order. Additionally, the boba pearls should be placed on top rather than at the bottom, as it's harder to enjoy them at the end of the drink. Aside from that, everything else was fresh, hot, and delicious. The app also allows you to pick up drinks whenever you want, and there are some great food offers available too.

Sonic is the place to go for all kinds of cold drinks in this HOT? Weather. The Oreo Blasts are also really good. This sound is completely new with the playground in construction. It looks like it's beautiful. You have a ride through and many stands for everyone. Drinks are always half price when you order from the app!

I've visited a Sonic drive-in before, and I noticed they have an updated ordering system now. The menu offers a variety of items, and you can still sit in your car with a tray attached to the window to enjoy your meal. The young lady who served me was very friendly and courteous. I enjoyed my meal.

This place didn't know how to make a lemon berry slushie which is a staple Sonic item so I had to give 2 stars for lack of training and menu knowledge. They tried but gave me the wrong size and it ended up just being a regular strawberry slushie.

Been sometime since I've been to a Sonic drive inn. New updated ordering system. Different items on menu and you can still sit in your car with a window tray and enjoy your meal. Very friendly and Courteous car hop young lady. Enjoyed the meal.

I ordered Cheddar pepper I got a bag full of old hard bread that they roasted the Cheddar pepper and 2, which actually had pepper. Waste of time and energy. I'm so sick that Fast Food is lazy

It took 25 minutes to get 2 drinks. A gentleman moved to the stable next to me, he ordered and got his ordered way before I got my 2 drinks. I had to talk to someone twice to get my drinks.

It was okay. The honey mustard wasn't great; it was too thick, similar to Texas Toast. However, the onion rings and chicken were freshly cooked.
