Sonic Drive-in - Reserva de mesa

I repeated my order 5 times and then when I got to the window they still didn't have the order right. The car hops were very sweet and understanding, I wish I had gotten their names, but the manager, looked all of 17 or 18, had the worst attitude and customer service I've seen in a long time. My order wasn't the only order she got wrong either, there were several other customer walking up to the door or the restaurant to complain. One lady apparently had just left shortly before I arrived had left and had to return because she didn't get something that was on her order. It was a mess. It was last Sunday, April 3rd at the Sherwood location off of Kheil Ave near the freeway.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service! However, I was a bit let down that the sauces we ordered online were missing from our order. Additionally, I think the boba pearls should be placed on top instead of at the bottom, as they are more difficult to enjoy at the end of the drink. Aside from that, everything else was fresh, hot, and delicious. The app also makes it convenient to pick up drinks anytime you want, and there are some fantastic food deals available as well.

Sonic is the perfect spot for refreshing cold drinks in this hot weather. The Oreo Blasts are fantastic as well. The atmosphere has a fresh vibe with the playground currently under construction, and it looks promising. They offer a drive-thru and plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. Plus, drinks are always half price when you order through the app!

I've visited a Sonic drive-in before, and I noticed they have an updated ordering system now. The menu offers a variety of items, and you can still sit in your car with a tray attached to the window to enjoy your meal. The young lady who served me was very friendly and courteous. This Sonic location is quite impressive. They are quick, and the food is usually hot, fresh, and exactly as you ordered. While there are some days when they might not be as attentive, the majority of the time, the quality is good. I definitely plan on visiting again, which speaks volumes.

Been sometime since I've been to a Sonic drive inn. New updated ordering system. Different items on menu and you can still sit in your car with a window tray and enjoy your meal. Very friendly and Courteous car hop young lady. Enjoyed the meal.

It took 25 minutes for me to receive two drinks. A gentleman seated next to me placed his order and received his drinks much sooner than I did. I had to ask someone twice before finally getting my drinks.

It was okay. The honey mustard wasn't great; it was too thick, similar to Texas Toast. However, the onion rings and chicken were freshly cooked.

It never fails to disappoint. I haven't received a single order correctly, and the prices are no longer worth the constant frustration.
