I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The person who brought out my food had dirty nails, my shake cup was not wiped off, and I didn't receive any napkins. My shake had a cherry in it despite my request for no cherry, and both orders of tots were old. The bacon double cheeseburger I ordered was actually just an old double cheeseburger with no bacon. When I asked for a replacement, I received another old double cheeseburger. The manager did not handle the situation well, offering me a side of bacon to add to the sandwich myself. When I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn't get one because I placed the order on the app, despite my repeated attempts to explain that I ordered...
