Wann bekommt man in einem Restaurant/Biergarten in der Schweiz schon mal ein veganes Schnitzel. Deshalb bin ich dafür sehr dankbar, es überhaupt hier in so einer Atmosphäre genießen zu können. Leider ist das vegane Schnitzel doch etwas klein und besonders dünn. Das dünnste Schnitzel überhaupt. Für 25 CHF dürften da schon 2 davon auf dem Teller sein. Allgemein gibt es leider viel bessere vegane Schnitzel und das könnte geändert werden, gibt ja heutzutage genügend Anbieter. Der Kartoffelsalat war gut und reichlich. Die Preiselbeeren dazu waren echt fein.
We ate outside and ate fondue, roesti, pasta with cheese and pasta with local sausage. All good and reasonably price for Switzerland. Waitstaff were friendly and helped us find a quiet place to change diapers for the two babies that were with us. Only downside...was (like everywhere in Switzerland) smokers don't consider people next to them. Took away from the experience but its near impossible to find places to eat outside in Switzerland without experiencing this.

Unfortunately there is no vegan option visible on their current autumnal menu card. So maybe the option of the vegan Schnitzel is only available in summer season, when there is lots of tourists. However if you are ovo-lacto-vegetarian you will be able to eat the Spätzle.

despite the full garden, the service was very attentive and humorous. eating (choron bleu, chäshörnli and victorious) tasted excellent. we enjoyed a wonderful lunch in the cool shade and will definitely come back!
They didnt want to attend us because we were with our little kid. Unpolite and rude. There were many tables available.
