Sonny's Bbq - Reservar una mesa

I called to ask about requesting "lean meat" for my order and Shaye (Not sure her role in employment) told me she would watch for my online order and personally make sure my request was taken care of. I doubted it in reality, but when the food came her name was on the receipt and the pulled pork and brisket were the leanest Ive ever had from a restaurant!! We had baby back ribs that were also extremely lean! I highly recommend this restaurant for its top notch food and excellent customer service!!

There are multiple Sonnys in the area; but this isnt one Id consider a "real pit BBQ"; its more of a "its really the PITS BBQ". 10-15 years ago this location was fairly good. Not any longer. Id really prefer being able to *select* which Sonnys I get my order from; basically *any* one but this one; rather than just the closest one. Have the same issue with the closest McDonalds; too. Even though 2 others are only about less than a mile more distant.

The meats are pretty good but the sides are very disappointing. The coleslaw has no seasoning or flavor, its just wet watery cabbage and carrots and the Mac and cheese is clearly Stouffers or something out of a box. The "garlic bread" is just a piece of white toast with zero flavor. Id have paid more for better quality for sure. Meh, an insult to BBQ. Two stars for the meat and good BBQ sauce packets.

It was just fine. I wouldnt order the egg rolls again. Just too fatty and not enough cole slaw to cut it as I had hoped. I specifically chose no onion but still got onion so theres that. Mostly this is a reminder to myself for next time I contemplate ordering.

The ribs were stringy and dry like theyd sat for days. We r regulars so this is not usual. When u pay $22 for pick 2 combo and u have to throw out all the ribs not good. Too bad. I think Ill get my money back this was a shame
