I placed my order via Lieferando. According to Lieferando the waiting time was 40 minutes, but it arrived 1.5 hours later. There was a small problem that makes me smile, my cousin and I both ordered there at a time. Since we have the same name, the service staff didn't know who what belonged to. You got a call about it, which was great to avoid a mix-up. The food was super tasty, I paid attention to the little things I read about what was going on with others. There was a woman on the phone who politely asked questions and the delivery person was friendly. Let's go back to the food, I had crispy duck as well as a burger and a pizza. The pizza was a bit very brown (i.e. black in some places)...
Everything is great, food always arrives warm and is delivered quickly. It also tastes very, very good. You should definitely eat from there every day, it is also my favorite restaurant. The suppliers are so nice and personable, they deserve a lot of tips. We have always been satisfied with Sontheimer Pizza Service until today. Ordered a salad and a pizza. Everything tasted great until a larva appeared under a piece of lettuce when I forked it! Everything we ordered was cold. The supplier was extremely rude and aggressive towards us because he couldn't find our workshop. He doesn't have time and has to move on.
