we have recently admitted to soo delicous cafe in union street, dundee and it was very good 5 stars. the friendliness, cleanliness, personal service and variety on the menu were simply wonderful and the prices are also excellent. we had breakfast (Bacon egg roll, tee and stir with brown toast and latte) and it was really delicious. we have checked the menu for lunch and will always return when we are in dundee. we give the cafe a very high recommended and they must visit this beautiful small cafe for something very tasty for breakfast or lunch or a coffe and a snack. it was just brilliant.
the first time we eat here. the boyf got a steak and swirl roll with a koksdose and I got a flat white with homemade suppe (lentil) and a piece of brot. the brot was super soft and the suppe was delicious. the boyfs steak and twirl were really good. everything was cooked to order. also the customer service was very good. both people who work there today came to our table and asked us how food/service was. all in all I would give this weincafé 10/10. bill came to 13 pounds and I gave 2 pounds of drinking money. will come back here
another morning train journey; another breakfast in a wee dundee caffe. at earlier visit these parts I would have breakfast in the likes of folk cafe and fisher donaldson. I was in a similar neck of the forest, but today at the soo delicious on the union street. Although the place initially looked like a fairly normal greasy spoon, he had to detail something nice with further inspection, which gives him a domestic feeling. this was due to the warm welcome of the wonderfully friendly woman who was a joy throughout the world.
the best edible and carrot roller I've ever eaten. the service was fantastic. the man who served us was friendly, helpful and very happy. I had a hot chocolate and I can honestly say that I never had a hot chocolate! it was heavenly. I highly recommend going to breakfast or lunch here. we'll be back soon.
