Wow, what an absolute gem to find! Off the beaten path, but well worth the excursion to try Chef Michael Laus 4 course tasting menu simply titled this one or that one. The atmosphere is quite relaxed without an enforced dress code. Most diners were in jeans and a button shirt paying homage to the Chef 's wishes to enjoy the food without any of the traditional formalities. And did I not mention SoulFood earned a well deserved 1 Michelin Star in 2022?!! So I definitely recommend the restaurant for a place in indulge without the stress of 'dressing for the occasion. ' The tasting menu is seasonal and always changing, and one would be lucky to try the level of sophistication coming out from this...
the restaurant seefood in the center of auerbach convinces not only with its optimal location and the view of the Auerbacher-Bronzeochsen, but above all with an excellent offer of gourmets. the hosting is very hospitable and cordial at the reception. the food itself tastes excellent and is diverse. the card is well filled so that everyone will find a suitable menu. the only manko is my view after the price-performance ratio. I am quite aware that a gourmet restaurant is more expensive than a restaurant that the price but so high I would not have expected. not that despite everyone was worth their money and I recommend eating every auerbach (and also all others) at least once there.
One of the best restaurants in the upper palalintate (Oberpfalz). The presentations are superb, ambience is nice, the food and desserts are top notch and the staff are very friendly! The menu is in Deutsch, but the staff speaks English and can translate fluently all the dishes on the menu! My first visit was back in 2012 and was impressed with service and quality of the meals. The prices are moderate, but can elevate if you select 3-4 course meals that are on the menu. Reservations are recommended due to the space, popularity and great selections on the menu card! French Cuisine in Bayern !
a new aera breaks. the restaurant soulfood, which has been eroeffnet since 24.03.12, puts everything so far into the shadows. without competition it draws its kreise, eating on stareniveu at the smallest price. an absolute experience for taste and sense. eat for the soul as the name already says.

short and short. an absolute recommendation. kitchen at the highest level. Price-performance super. a real culinary experience. my favorite restaurant wide and wide. I can't afford it every week. so go and enjoy.
