Soulman's B-que - Reservar una mesa

on 4/15/22 I have placed an order for several sandwiches, pommes and drinks. I was told 15 minutes, so I arrived and paid my order and waited. when I waited, I was not impressed by the person who did the meat, she was extremely slow and when she put the meat on sandwiches, she began to work the line with other customers who was not asking until she began to rude to the cashier who tried to put my order together with no help. the girl who does the meat then presses quite the cash out of the way and ready to pack my order pushing all the frits in a pocket they could simply have the basket in the pocket, as the several orders of fries landed on this wise. then she told the cassian rude to regis...

Generally Soulmans is Awesome, but yesterday at the Garland restaurant this was not the case. I took an associate there for lunch because he loves BBQ . The brisket was so bland the sauce couldn't help it. After expressing my concern the girl was like oh well. I was embarrassed After bragging about soulmans BBQ. Quinlan Soulmans is by far better. They care about what they're doing.

I got a chopped brisket loaded baked potato and there are chunks of fat in it. The brisket is mushy, fatty and somewhat of a slime texture. It looks undercooked. I love Soulman's but will stick to the one in Rockwall. Would of posted all the nasty fat chunks i picked out but didn't want to share my freakin photos and files with Google. So gross.

I had not been here in awhile. It used to be a great place to eat. I got the Dynamite special. The bun was cold and hard, the chopped beef was ok and would have been better if it was not for the bun. I got a side of spicy potatoes, they had good flavor but we're not even warm. Not worth the $12 I paid. I will think twice before going back.

The meat was old and dry, gave me heartburn, cabbage was delicious, other sides were ok, banana pudding was best part of the meal, it was delicious, restaurant was clean staff was friendly.
