BEWARE!! I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Sound Nightclub on a Saturday night, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. I cannot adequately express just how discriminatory and disrespectful this establishment is towards its customers. If there was an award for the worst nightclub experience ever, Sound Nightclub would be the undisputed winner. To begin with, the bouncers at this club seemed to believe they held the power to rule the world. They couldn't care less if you had a valid ticket or not; they relished in their ability to discriminate against innocent partygoers. It appears that their primary interest lies in extorting money from unsuspecting individuals...
The people working here are very nice and friendly. The barman was super cool and informed us that the cups he served our drinks in were recyclable and if we returned them, we would get $2 back. This is the first place I ever run into that does this. That's all good; however the performance was horrible and unsafe. One, the music was super lowed and if you did not wear earplugs, there is a good chance of hearing damage. The sound quality was ridiculous. Our first visit to Sound was fantastic! We went to see some DJs that a friend had recommended, and we were pleasantly surprised that tickets were only $25. The DJs were amazing, and the sound system really delivered— I could feel the music all through my body, which was awesome! It can get a bit loud, so I’d suggest bringing earplugs. The bartenders and staff at the entrance were friendly, and I was impressed by how clean the restroom was for a club. There's also an outdoor patio where you can take a break for some fresh air or a smoke, and luckily, it didn't feel too crowded when we were there. I would definitely return!

The nightclub has a great vibe and plays fantastic music, but the bouncers can be very unpleasant. It feels like you're being monitored all the time, almost as if you're in a totalitarian environment. The bouncers seem to have their own issues and can take them out on patrons. I witnessed them deny entry to a gay couple in front of me for no apparent reason, which was clearly due to their sexual orientation.
The music is great, the staff is courteous. Artie the manager is very welcoming and understanding with his customers. Always puts the customers needs as a priority. The owner Kobi is such a humble person that you think he's staff he's got a great personality and intelligence. Mommas hotdogs are great just outside of the club.
Overall, it's a fantastic club. They consistently feature incredible talent, which attracts large crowds. As a prominent Hollywood venue, it's on the pricier side, and you're likely to encounter both some pretentious individuals and genuine music enthusiasts. The sound and visual production are top-notch.
I've always wanted to visit this restaurant, and I finally had the opportunity during my trip to California. I had imagined an ambiance filled with acid techno music, but instead, they were playing house music. Despite that, the atmosphere was still great.

We have now been 2 times and have to say the audio quality is something else. Lighting is awesome. Pictures can't do it justice. The venue is cool and vibe is good. and Several bars and easy to get a drink. Easy to see the dj/artists. Will be back.
