The bartender, whom I’ve always had good interactions with, ended up dealing with the fallout of this incident. I felt compelled to withhold my tip because I had been harassed by that same patron two more times without any intervention from the staff. Given how I was treated, I found it hard to justify returning to this place. I sincerely apologize to Devin (the bartender) for not tipping, but I felt it was necessary to reflect my experience in my gratuity. Until these issues are addressed, I will actively discourage others from visiting.
The woman who caused the trouble is a regular who often drinks excessively. Mark, you should do better. My experience tonight didn't impress me at all.

I have to tell you. I have been coming to SRI for several years on off. I do not know the owners name but over the years he’s had several different bartenders. The duo that he has put together now is absolutely stellar. They are absolutely the best 2 bartenders that he has thus far and I personally don’t feel there’s anybody in the area better than these two. Which is what makes this a more pleasurable experience every time I come and I’m here a couple times a week now. Val Devon thank you. Y’all make this a great place to have a drink at the end of a long day. And you both know how to make a good drink.
I haven't been here in a while so thought I'd stop in for dinner. I've been sitting here waiting for my order to be taken for 20+ min. I'm currently sitting at the bar looking for a different place to eat since the staff are all gathered at the opposite end of the bar instead of doing their job. Only half the tables have people at them the bar has open seats. Yes, there's a sign on the door about staff shortage, however it's been there as a leftover relic from COVID nobody else around here has this problem. ... In summary, unless you know somebody here, DON'T EXPECT SERVICE.
The is a great local pub. (it's got that pub atmosphere for sure) Came here for dinner with my young son when mom was out of town for the weekend. He loved it! He got the kids burger and was pretty happy with it and wants to go back with the rest of the family.Decent beer selection (nothing crazy but options beyond macro lagers) plenty of food options, friendly staff. We will be back for sure!

On Friday at 12:30 PM, I sat at the bar, where only a few seats were available. After waiting for 20 minutes without anyone greeting me or providing a menu, I started to wonder if they were understaffed. One server seemed to be managing the entire restaurant, which I had read about in another review. Unfortunately, I had to leave without having lunch as I needed to get back to work.
We ate a late Monday dinner of French onion soup and burgers at the bar. It was great, from service to food to atmosphere. However, when we returned several weeks later for the same fare,, our experience was much different: The food wasn’t nearly as good. Off night? Not fresh? Unsure. We shared feedback and were told management would be in touch. Never heard from anyone.
The service is excellent, and the food is enjoyable, although it can vary in quality depending on the kitchen staff working that day or night. It's definitely worth giving it a try!
We had a awesome time. The guest was active and supportive and the staff was great. But the best part was the host Archie and Pacman. They stole the show. We will be back

Big portions, good food. Service was very friendly but not as attentive as could be. Didn't come back to fill our drinks or really check in with us.
I ordered chicken wings. It was very dry and stale.
