This is a great bagel store! They have the best bagels around the area! And their ambiance is good. Their bagels are hand rolled and made fresh on the premises. They are also carry huge variety and of course very tasty . The staff is very friendly, good prices and they also make great breakfast sandwiches and pancakes. This is my go to bagel shop especially when I'm heading to Jones beach bcuz this is place is a quick detour. Finally I love the way they offer free stuff especially to their instagram followers.
I choose this restaurant because it's conveniently located near my home. However, I’m not exaggerating when I say that every single time I place an order, there’s always an issue. I genuinely mean it—every single order! The food is delicious, but there’s always something off. Sometimes my orange juice is missing, or the cheese is incorrect, a protein is omitted, the bagel isn’t toasted, and so on. Each time it’s a different problem, which is rather amusing!
Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. I've only visited in the morning, but the staff are incredibly friendly, the bagels are outstanding, and in my opinion, they serve the best iced coffee around. I got fed up with the prices and wait times at Town Bagel, and I think SS Bagel is truly a hidden gem.
The bagels were outstanding, but I did have a problem with the way they were served. They put the toasted bagel with butter on top of the other bagels, which resulted in the ones underneath getting covered in butter—it even soaked through the paper. Nonetheless, the bagels themselves were truly fantastic!

The service was excellent. I ordered the special, and they definitely provide great value for your money—very generous portions. The woman at the counter was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning!
I didn't receive the coffee or orange juice that were part of my order. The egg bagel sandwich was good, but I was disappointed that those two items were missing since they were supposed to be included.
They frequently get orders wrong, often missing ingredients and not preparing dishes as requested. The food is decent, but it’s rarely what you actually ordered or asked for.
Best Local bagel place in town here. Crew is fantastic and food is worth every penny. Must try their vegetable cream cheese. It’s Yum !!!!!!

Great egg sandwiches and selection. Also fast service especially when compared to other local bagel places.
