Southern Custard

Incredible quality and customer service. Absolutely love everything about this business. There are three fresh choices daily: chocolate, vanilla, and the flavor of the day. They also have past daily flavors available in to-go portions, so you can always have some in stock at home. You can also call ahead and ask them to save some for you. My favorite is Mint Oreo. These pictures were taken the same month my Son was born. Every time we go, we take pictures of him on the blue bench inside. Southern Custard is one of our absolute favorite places in Atlanta, and I hope it becomes one of yours as well.

We live in Athens and we have a Sunday home made ice cream, frozen yogurt/ Custard roadie to find what we think is the best. Southern Custard's flavor of the day this past Sunday was mint chip which is a family favorite. Intense flavor,silky creamy and filled with lovely chocolate chips. It was well worth the three hours driving round trip. Highly recommend you give them a try. Stay well....

Southern Custard is a good custard spot, but nothing particularly special. The baseline options of custard are limited, but there are a number of ways of customizing your pick, from making sundae to adding a few toppings. It can get busy, but the staff members are nice. There's some outside and inside seating. The inside is small and a little cramped but at least an option in colder weather.
