This was not our first trip to Jenny's but it might be our last for awhile. Today's experience was mediocre at best. Service was very good, nothing wrong with that. Our server was attentive and polite. I ordered the T-bone which was cooked at exactly my medium rare request. Unfortunately, the char marks were more than that, they were burned lines from a dirty grill. The charcoal taste overwhelmed what could have been a fabulous steak. My husband said the men's room smelled awful, like sewer water after a bad flood. The food was fantastic. We met here after the funeral of my mom. They did a great family style dinner. The service was good. The lady serving soup was not very pleasant, but our server was sweet. Don't be fooled when they bring the soup out in a pail. We had cream of mushroom, and it was fantastic after you added salt and pepper. We had soup, salad, chicken, and roast beef along with roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes with gravy. It made it so easy to have a meal with everyone. I would recommend this for sure.
just pick up my order from Jenny's. we ordered ribs 2# lbs. blacken shrimp. And oxtail soup which is great when dining in I got home ribs were great and the shrimp was great but my oxtail soup was missing the oxtail. lots of veggies but not a oxtail. usually when I pay over $80 dollars I think a oxtail would be in the soup. I got to say we usually everything is great this is one goof up.
We purchased a gift certificate for our son and his family at Christmas this year. They went to have dinner today and they called us when they came home. They told us that it was the Worst experience they ever had! We called the restaurant to complain and they didn't seem to care .
