I had a terrible experience with Souvlaki Place. My food took two hours to arrive, and when I called to check on it, they assured me it was on the way. After waiting another half hour, I called again, understandably frustrated. I was put in touch with the manager, who turned out to be just the cook, and he was very rude over the phone. This led me to go to the restaurant to resolve the situation in person. Unfortunately, the cook confronted me again and was even more disrespectful, heightening my frustration.
