I’ve been in Miami for about three weeks, and finding good Asian food has been quite a challenge. However, I'm thrilled to have discovered Sovereign, one of those hidden gems. So far, I've tried the Tropical Tofu and the Tofu Lover, and both were fantastic. The tofu is delightfully crispy! The Tropical Tofu brings to mind Tofu Sisig, while the Tofu Lover has a refreshing flavor reminiscent of a poke bowl. It’s difficult to describe—you really need to try it for yourself. Just a heads-up, I’ve only ordered through delivery so far.
Sovereign is a charming little restaurant that serves a range of Asian cuisine. The food is delightful, the portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for Miami. The owner frequently makes an appearance and takes the time to greet each customer personally. I sampled the ramen with chicken and beef, and the portion was so substantial that I felt completely satisfied. They also have a variety of Boba Tea flavors to choose from. All in all, it's a wonderful place for a quick, affordable meal.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. It's a laid-back spot in Brickell that stays open late, which is a plus. The bubble tea was fantastic, with boba flavors I hadn't tried before. The staff was friendly and inviting. I appreciated that they provided water to customers who stayed for a while; while it could be perceived as a nice gesture, some might see it as a subtle nudge to leave. Overall, the atmosphere felt genuine, though it might be misinterpreted by some.
If I could give a 6-star rating for service, I definitely would! I've been to this restaurant multiple times, and each visit, the food and service have surpassed my expectations. They have a great selection of poke toppings, and the boba flavors are much more unique than what you find at most boba shops.

I had an incredible experience! I ordered the chicken dish, and I was really impressed by how clean and beautifully decorated the restaurant was. The egg rolls were equally delicious. I did have to make five U-turns to find the place because of the ongoing construction, but it was definitely worth it!
Wow! Their poke, Korean glass noodles, spring rolls, and brown sugar boba milk tea were all absolutely amazing! They exceeded my expectations in flavor! Additionally, they offer a variety of extras, which is a wonderful bonus. I can't wait to return the next time I'm in Miami!
I ordered through Uber Eats and requested "no onions" because of allergies. Unfortunately, my curry was packed with onions. I took the time to remove them all, and the food was still fantastic. Just a note for the future. Thank you!
The interior of the restaurant is lovely, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious, although I would have preferred a little more vegetables. Overall, the flavors were outstanding!

The Spicy Yaki Udon was tasty, but the true stars of my meal were the Bangin Cheese Rangoon and the T2 Taro Milk Tea. They were absolutely fantastic!
The dumplings (6 pieces per serving) were fantastic! I do wish they had come with a sauce, but they were still incredibly delicious.
