The restaurant is actually called Hangar #1 and is located within the Spa Ventoux Provence. There is a lovely terrace in the summer and a well decorated smallish dining room. The menu is innovative and well-balanced with many healthy choices. The chef has a deft hand with fruit-based sauces and uses very fresh ingredients... all of the meat, seafood, and vegetables were top quality (there were eight of us so I was able to sample a number of dishes! . There are a number of salad choices for those who wish a lighter meal, and the fixed-price menu structure is flexible enough to have any number of courses. Wine list is limited but very well considered with a number of organic wines, and not too...

The restaurant Hangar No1 is part of the Spa, and you will have many guests in bathrobes coming directly from the Spa Area. The chef has done excellent cooking in several other restaurants and again he does a great job here. We came solely for him. The 3 course lunch special for 25 Euro is a real treat: excellent food, fine presentation, good service. Absolutely worth a visit even if you don´t go to the Spa and if you don´t mind people in white bathrobes.
We visited after 1,5 year again and found the same excellent cook and the same, if not better, lunch menu for 25 €. The 3 course meal was tasty, plenty and wonderful to look at. Just a perfect meal. The environment is still the Spa, so most lunching people sat there in bathrobes. The service was attentive and very friendly. We will go there agian.

Nice to have spa in Provence. While I found it a bit pricey (25euro per day visit), the pool was nice, work out room was small but sufficient, and it was a relaxing day.
