Spaghetti Warehouse

Was excited about my first visit back to my favorite restaurant. I couldn't wait for the bread and butter and yummy lasagna. To say I was completely disappointed would be an absolute understatement! I walk in the door around 10 minutes before my reservation and stood at the host stand for over 5 minutes before I saw anyone who looked like they might work there. When he finally arrived he was visibly stressed and a bit frantic. I give him my name and he says in a rude tone, well we will get you seated as soon as we can. We only waited about 25 minutes for our table, then another 10 for our server to greet us. She gets our drink order, delivers drinks and spilled a drink all over my dad, then...

The acoustics were terrible. The noise level was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. It took 50 minutes for our dinner arrived, so we had to eat quickly to make it to our Broadway show. Dinner was delicious, but disappointed in the lack of variety in appetizers. Every appetizer had a red sauce included except salad appetizer. Calamari with sweet sour sauce instead red sauce would have been good or Bruschetta, since all of our dinner choices were in red sauce.

Had reservations wasn’t seated until 40 minutes later . The atmosphere was very noisy. It took along time for dinner to arrive at table and was lukewarm warm and meatballs were undercooked even the salad lettuce was warm. We were served dry stale bread then later was offered fresh bread! My wine was served after a 25 minute wait after ordering the drinks. The food was almost like TV dinner quality I would NOT recommend this place very disappointed.

We had a great time at the new facility. Our waiter was amazing and professional. She deserves a raise if possible. She really took care of us. I will be back.

We left. A server never came over to help us. I don't know what else to say. We waited and waited.
